Hi, I’m Mary.

YOGA NIDRA guide | WELLNESS Coach

I once struggled with self-limiting beliefs and the weight of a constant need for external approval. My healing journey began when I chose to prioritize my well-being through intentional living, self-care, and rest. With the support of a wellness coach, yoga nidra, and mindful rest practices, I learned to slow down, extend compassion to myself, and reconnect with my imperfectly perfect self.

Now, I empower women to reclaim their well-being and reconnect with their true essence through integrative wellness and rest coaching. By holding compassionate space for intentional rest, self-care, and personal growth, I help women find balance, heal, and embrace their whole selves.

My roots in social work, amplified by my training as a wellness and rest coach and my experience guiding Yoga Nidra, have paved my own path from simply surviving to truly thriving. This personal transformation fuels my passion to guide women towards rediscovering their own self-trust, embracing deep rest, and stepping into their full empowerment.

  • Joy: I cultivate joy through mindfulness and presence, finding joy in everyday moments. I'm passionate about helping women discover their own joyful lives.

    Integrity:  Aligning my actions with my values. Knowing what I don't stand for solidifies what I do.

    Well-being: I believe creating a fulfilling lifestyle is about functioning at your best, prioritizing happiness, and embracing holistic health. I feel wellness is about living authentically, doing your best to create your best life.

    • I love animals. My pets include 4 cats (all rescues) and 1 very good natured dog.

    • Walking outside-nature heals and recalibrates my mind and body

    • As an introvert, time alone is a requirement, and it’s when I recharge with Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathwork practices.

    • I cherish the quiet peace of early mornings, when I can also share moments of coffee and word games with my spouse

3 Session Coaching Package

When life gets hectic or stressors build up, self-care is often the first thing we let go. Yet these are the moments when we need nourishment and rest the most.

This 3-session coaching package is for you if you’re longing to:

  • Prioritize your own well-being even when life feels busy or uncertain

  • Reconnect with the life you truly want

  • Receive compassionate support as you build habits of rest, self-care, and resilience

    • Three 90-minute sessions over Zoom

    • Email access to me in between sessions to answer any questions or for support

    • Tools and rest practices specialized in supporting your personal goals of well-being 

    • A personalized yoga nidra recording that you can use at home  

    • Wellness and Rest Coaching with me includes three sessions over Zoom every other week over the course of six weeks.

    • You will have email access to me in between sessions.

    • We will meet for a 30-minute session prior to starting the three sessions to go over your information to support you in starting exactly where you are.
